About Bailit Health

Bailit Health is a consulting firm dedicated to ensuring insurer and provider performance accountability on behalf of public agencies and employer purchasers. Bailit Health Purchasing, LLC was founded in 1997 by former senior executives of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services. Our staff consists of a team of experienced professionals who have worked together for many years.

The Bailit Health team strives to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. We understand that each of our clients operates in a unique environment and we are committed to ensuring that we bring value that is tailored to the particular needs of each client.

Our mission is to assist organizations to achieve measurable improvements in quality and cost management for enrolled or covered populations, from contracted or regulated providers and health plans. We are committed to the belief that comprehensive performance requirements and aggressive performance management, combined with financial incentives that align with performance objectives, are the necessary ingredients for ensuring superior performance.
