Bailit Health Purchasing is a health care consulting firm dedicated to ensuring insurer and provider performance
accountability on behalf of public agencies and private purchasers. Bailit Health Purchasing, LLC was founded in
1997 by former senior executives of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services. Our senior
staff consists of a team of experienced professionals, with many years of working together.
The Bailit team strives to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. We understand that
each of our clients operates in a unique environment and we are committed to ensuring that we bring
value that is tailored to the particular needs of each client.
Our mission is to assist organizations in achieving measurable improvements in quality for
enrolled or covered populations, from contracted or regulated providers and health plans. We
are committed to the belief that comprehensive performance requirements and aggressive
performance monitoring combined with attendant rewards or sanctions are the necessary
ingredients for ensuring quality improvement and quality outcomes.
